The FIR, registered under FIR Number 0626/24 at the Bandra Kurla Complex Police Station, cites violations under multiple sections, including Section 63 and Section 69 of the Copyright Act of 1957 (Amended Acts 1984 and 1994) as well as Section 318 of the Indian Judicial Code (BNS), 2023 for the alleged offences committed on 17th and 18th of August, 2024 at the WoW Awards at JioWorld Convention centre in BKC, Mumbai .
