“Congratulations to our players. I am thrilled and extremely proud that four of our UP Rudras players (Gurjot, Manmeet, Priyobarta, and Sharda Nand) have been selected for the Junior Indian team for the Asia Cup. This opportunity will help them gain invaluable international experience, which will not only help in overall growth and development but will also bring to the fore their skills during the HIL for us. I'd like to wish them the very best!”, said Cedric.
Gurjot Singh, a member of the Men’s Junior Asia Cup squad, expressed his delight at being selected, stating that every time he dons India’s jersey, he feels immense pride. “It is a matter of pride for me to wear India’s jersey and perform for my team. I am looking forward to playing with the team and helping Team India emerge as the champions of Asia. All of us are working hard and we are confident to give a great performance at the Men’s Junior Asia Cup,” mentioned Gurjot.
